Whether you’re training for a 100 meter dash, mile, 5K, 10K, marathon, a multi-sport event, or simply want to begin running, succeeding requires a balance of many factors. These include training and rest, strength and flexibility, and DIET. It can be difficult to train on your own without knowing what to do, how much to do and when to do it and how to refuel after your workouts.
Rates for In- Person Coaching – For athletes in the Bergen/Morris County area, the first month includes a full, in person evaluation (1 hour meeting) as well as a detailed training plan with instructions on specific flexibility and strength training exercises – $110. Subsequent months $100 per month including one face-to-face consultation.
Runner may opt for “virtual” coaching in subsequent months ($75 per month). Multiple month discounts are available. Please note that initial evaluations extending beyond the 1-hour time will be billed at the normal hourly rate of $60 per hour additional time.
“Virtual” coaching – first month includes initial phone consultation and full training plan with detailed instructions on specific flexibility and strength training exercises – $100 for first month, subsequent months $75. Multiple-month discounts are available.
